WARRANTY AND CARE
ALL JEWELRY COMES WITH A GUARANTEE!
At Servet Jewelry, all of our 18K gold and 925 silver jewelry is backed by a lifetime warranty, provided directly by our jewelry store. This guarantee ensures the authenticity of the materials and the structural integrity of each piece against manufacturing defects.
What does the warranty cover?
Any original defect in the materials or manufacturing processes.
The durability of the precious metals used (18K Gold and 925 Silver) ensures they are 100% resistant to seawater, pool chlorine, perfumes, and sweat.

CARE
High-quality jewelry requires proper maintenance to maintain its shine and beauty over time. Factors such as exposure to air, humidity, sweat, cosmetics, or simple daily wear can cause slight visual changes, such as loss of shine or slight darkening of the surface. Fortunately, these effects are reversible with proper and careful cleaning.
Safe cleaning for jewelry with or without emeralds
Whether your jewelry is made of 18K gold or 925 silver, and whether or not it contains emeralds, you can follow this safe process to keep it in excellent condition with the following materials:
- Warm water
- Neutral soap (without perfumes or colorants)
- Soft, lint-free cloth
- Soft bristle brush (optional)
Procedure:
In a small container, mix warm water with a few drops of neutral soap.
Dampen the soft cloth with the mixture and gently wipe the entire piece of jewelry, paying special attention to areas that may accumulate dust or debris.
If the jewelry doesn't have gemstones, you can briefly dip it in the mixture (no more than a minute) and use a soft brush to reach more difficult areas.
For jewelry with emeralds or other precious stones, avoid submerging them completely and never rub the stone directly. Gently wipe the damp cloth around the setting.
Rinse with clean water (only if necessary) and dry immediately with a soft, dry cloth.
Important considerations:
Do not use baking soda, vinegar, or commercial abrasive products, as they can deteriorate the finish of metals or damage precious stones.
Emeralds are very delicate natural stones, often treated with special oils that could be affected by aggressive cleaning.
Store your jewelry in a dry place, protected from direct light and chemicals. Ideally, store it in its original box or in individual cloth bags.

WHAT DOESN'T YOUR WARRANTY COVER?
At Servet Jewelry, we are committed to offering the highest quality products. However, it's important to understand the terms and conditions of our warranty to avoid misunderstandings. Below, we detail the items not covered by our warranty:
Damage from Handling and Accidents
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents or improper handling. This includes drops, breakage, or any alteration caused by misuse or exposure to extreme conditions. While our materials are designed to last, we recommend careful and conscientious handling, as accidents due to misuse are not covered by the warranty.
Unauthorized authenticity tests (such as acid tests)
The use of home or non-professional tests—such as acid tests—to verify the authenticity of gold or silver can alter the appearance, shine, or surface of the jewelry. Any alteration caused by this type of practice immediately voids the warranty. Furthermore, any necessary repairs or restorations will be borne by the customer as an additional cost.
Loss of set stones
Many of our pieces feature precious stones expertly set using careful setting techniques. If the jewelry was delivered in perfect condition and with all its stones, any loss of a stone is considered a result of use, handling, or external accident. We cannot be held responsible for pieces that, over time, become damaged if a manufacturing defect has not been evident from the time of delivery.
Manipulation by third parties
Any attempt at modification, repair, or intervention by third parties not authorized by Servet Jewelry completely invalidates the lifetime warranty.
— Notification of defects —
In order to activate the warranty for manufacturing defects, it is essential to report any irregularities within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Subsequent requests will not be considered valid for warranty purposes. Timely notification is the customer's sole responsibility.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Jewelry exchanges: Exchanges are only accepted for manufacturing defects. To qualify, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product. After this time, the warranty will not cover the exchange.
Shipping costs: All costs arising from shipping for warranties or returns will be borne by the customer.
Earrings and Studs: Due to hygiene and health reasons, no exchanges or returns will be made on earrings or studs.
Personalized Pieces: Personalized jewelry, such as engraved rings, engraved plaques, and other personalized pieces, cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.
Repair and Cleaning Service: Any jewelry repair or cleaning will have an additional cost. Shipping costs associated with this service will also be the customer's responsibility.
Third-party tampering: Any alteration or manipulation by a third party not authorized by Servet Jewelry will completely void the lifetime warranty.
_
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Refunds: We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. However, in the event of pricing errors by our advisors, if you decide not to accept the item, a credit may be issued to you. This credit can be used toward the purchase of another product in the same category.
• 18K Gold product with another 18K Gold product
• Not a 925 Silver product for another in 18K Gold
Exchange Process: Exchanges must be notified within the first 24 hours of receiving the product. You then have a maximum of two business days to process the return shipment. If this is not done within this timeframe, a refund or exchange will not be offered.
Exchanges based on taste or preferences: We do not accept exchanges based on personal taste or preferences. Exchanges will only be accepted if the jewelry has manufacturing defects.
Exchange Conditions: Exchanges will only be possible for a product of equal or greater value. If the new product is of greater value, the customer must pay the difference.
Shipping Responsibility: The customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return any item.
Delivery times and receipt: Shipping times may vary depending on the customer's location and external factors such as courier service delays. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the product will be delivered within the stipulated timeframe, nor can we guarantee that the returned item will be received at our facilities, as this depends entirely on the courier service used by the customer.
ORDERS UNDER MANUFACTURING
Custom orders and manufacturing upon request
At Servet Jewelry, we specialize in creating unique pieces, designed and manufactured to order. However, we reserve the right to accept only projects that align with our brand's values, style, design, and concept. Our commitment is to offer jewelry that represents our essence and meets the highest standards of craftsmanship.
Conditions for jewelry under manufacture
Advance payment and starting conditions:
To start any custom order, a 70% deposit of the total value of the jewelry is required. This deposit guarantees the reservation of materials, the start of the manufacturing process, and a production quota in our workshop.
The advance payment is non-refundable under any circumstances, as it represents an immediate production commitment and an investment in supplies, design, and labor.
Manufacturing times:
The estimated manufacturing time is 15 to 20 business days from the date of advance payment confirmation. During this period, previews and process tests may be sent, depending on workshop availability.
Design changes:
Design changes are not permitted once manufacturing has begun, unless such changes do not affect the structure or progress already made.
Delivery and outstanding balance:
Once the jewelry is finished, the customer will be sent clear proof (photos or videos) of the final result. From that moment, the customer has a maximum of 3 calendar days to pay the remaining 30% of the total order value.
The item will only be shipped once full payment has been received. Shipping costs can be paid upon delivery (applicable only to destinations within Colombia).
Non-compliance or lack of response:
If the customer does not pay the remaining balance or respond within the 3-day period, Servet Jewelry reserves the right to resell the jewelry and apply a 15% penalty of the total order value, in compensation for materials, manufacturing time, and lost sales opportunity.
Exceptional cases:
We reserve the right to review specific situations (such as illness, force majeure, or prior agreements), in which case we may extend the deadline or reconsider the penalty at our discretion.
